Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Core Talent Global collects, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it. We keep it short and specific — no boilerplate.
/01Who we are
Core Talent Global is the IT staff augmentation arm of Core Talent Consultoria em Recursos Humanos LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 63.809.553/0001-00, headquartered in São Paulo, SP. We are the data controller for the information described below.

/02What we collect
We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run the site.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.
/03Legal basis
Under Brazil's LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) and the EU GDPR, we process your data on these bases:
- Consent — analytics cookies fire only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interest / pre-contract steps — responding to a contact-form inquiry you initiated.
/04How your data is stored
This site is hosted on Netlify. Contact-form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms on infrastructure located in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics, when enabled, are processed by Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and consent-mode v2 (all storage denied by default until you opt in).
/05Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Essential — required for the site to function and to remember your consent choice. Always on.
- Analytics — measure how visitors reach us. Off by default; enabled only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing site data in your browser.
/06Who we share with
We share data only with the service providers needed to operate the site — Netlify (hosting and forms) and Google (analytics, with consent). We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
/07How long we keep it
- Contact-form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics 4 default (14 months).
- Cookie consent choice: 12 months, stored locally in your browser.
/08Your rights
Under LGPD (Art. 18) and GDPR (Art. 15-22) you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold data about you, and access a copy of it.
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, or ask us to anonymize it.
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
- Object to processing, or request portability of your data.
To exercise any of these, email hello@coretalentglobal.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Brazil's ANPD or your local EU supervisory authority.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
